HBV前S1蛋白与HBV-DNA检测结果的相关性分析

目的了解HBV感染者血清中PreS1与HBV-DNA之间的关系,以及对乙型肝炎诊断的价值.方法应用ELISA方法对320例HBsAg阳性血清进行PreS1、HBVM检测,并与HBV-DNA荧光定量PCR检测结果比较分析.结果HBeAg阳性组中,PreS1、HBV-DNA阳性率分别为74.6%和83.7%;HBeAg阴性组中PreS1、HBV-DNA阳性率分别为27.7%和24.7%,PreS1、HBV-DNA阳性结果比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),经相关回归分析,r＝0.9911,y＝-11.9522+1.2661x.结论PreS1、HBV-DNA阳性检出率呈正相关,PreS1可作为HBV感染转归的重要指标.

Correlation Analysis of Pre-S1 Antigen and HBV-DNA in the Serum

Objectives:To learn the relationship between Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA in the serum of cases infected with HBV and its diagnostic value to hepatitis B. Methods:We detected Pre-S1 and HBVM in the serum of 320 cases whose HBsAg was positive with ELISA and compared with the results detected with HBV-DNA fluorescence quantity PCR. Results: For the group that HBeAg was positive, and the positive rates of PreS1 and HBV-DNA were 74.6% and 83.7% respectively. For the group that HBeAg was negative, the positive rates of PreS1 and HBV-DNA were 27.7% and 24.7% respectively. There was not significant difference for the positive results between PreS1 and HBV-DNA (P>0.05). Through the correlation analysis, r = 0.9911 and y= -11.9522+1.2661x. Conclusions:There is positive correlation for the positive detection rates between PreS1 and HBV-DNA and PreS1 is an important indicator of prognosis of HBV infection.
