山羊慢性氟中毒的骨骼改变

摘    要:本文对50只氟中毒山羊和31只健康山羊进行了研究,结果发现各部位骨和牙齿氟含量显著增高,与对照组比较差异非常显著。骨钙磷变化在不同的骨中不一致,有的钙增高,钙磷比值增高,有的变化不大。骨 X 线表现主要是密度增高,骨小梁结构紊乱,分布不均,肋骨疣状增生。下领骨密度降低骨质疏松。骨抗压强度降低。骨牙哈弗氏系统排列紊乱、疏松、形状不规则,细胞分布不均匀,牙釉质发育不良,钙化不全。

Abstract:This paper reports 50 goats skeletalchanges by fluorosis.The results point outthat fluorides contant increase of differentparts of bone and tooth.And has most signifi-cant difference with control group.There weredifference on calcium and phosphorus contantin different parts of bone.The calcium contantincrease of some bone,and calcium-phosphrusratio was also increase,but some parts didn'tchanges.The X-ray manifestation weremarkedly increasing of bone density,the struc-ture of trateculi were disorderly and uneven,and there were fratures and hypeplasia of ribbones.The density of mandible was decrease,bone matric loosen.The antipress strength ofbone decrease,Hua-fu system of bone andtooth arranged in disorder,loosen,irregularityof shape,uneven of cell,development and cal-cification of dental enamel were short of.
