中国MSM人群艾滋病传播的网络干预

目的依托中盖项目,通过访谈与调研,梳理了各地针对男男性行为人群（MSM）的网络干预模式。方法对包括同志网站、线上社区、即时通讯工具、微博等在内的不同类型的网络工具及其作用进行总结和比较。结果当前网络干预主要分为两类：一类是延伸传统线下干预服务,第二类是利用新技术平台进行的创新自主性干预,扩大目标干预人群范围,并引导目标干预人群的行为。结论合理利用网络资源,使用网络工具,可以促使艾滋病防治工作取得更好的效果。

Study on internet-based HIV intervention targeted on men who have sex with men

Objective Based on the China-Gates cooperation program on acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）control,through conducting interviews and field studies to sort out the appropriate methods of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）intervention to men who have sex with men（MSM）in China.Methods Examining and comparing different web tools including MSM websites,online communities,instant message systems,weibo（Chinese twitter）,as well as the roles of these tools in HIV intervention.Results There are currently two types of internet-based HIV intervention models.One is to extend the conventional off-line intervention to online intervention;the other is to innovatively encourage targets to take their own initiatives to be self-intervened.The internetbased intervention could find more target crowds,so that the scale of health education could be enlarged to the risk population.Conclusion Reasonable use of network resources and web tools can be helpful in HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
