后腹腔镜下肾固定术治疗肾下垂的临床效果

目的:探讨后腹腔镜行肾固定术的临床效果。方法:14例肾下垂患者,其中8例患者在肾中、下极被膜上"8"字缝合各1针,使用自制钩针勾出缝线将之固定于侧腹壁上;6例患者将肾周筋膜于肾下极处折叠缝合,将肾脏托与上方固定。随访4~12月,评价术后肾移位及肾积水的改善情况。结果:术后静脉肾盂造影示14例患者肾积水均有不同程度地改善,其中8例轻度积水恢复正常,所有患者术后肾脏不再移动。结论:采用后腹腔镜行肾固定术治疗肾下垂效果可靠,手术操作简便,损伤小,术后恢复快,但远期疗效有待进一步随访观察。

Clinical study of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy in nephroptosis.Methods: Fourteen patients with nephroptosis were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy,among them,we make "8" suture on fascia of kidney upper and button in 8 patients,and use self-restraint needle to hook the silk wire to fixed in parietal peritoneum.In 6 patients,we hold and fix their kidneys by fold suturing renal fascia in kidney button.We evaluated the improvement of nephroptosis and hydronephrosis after 4~12 months of following-up.Results: IVU results of all patients were performed successfully,hydronephrosis of four patients restored normally,and all patients had movement of kidney no longer.Conclusions: The effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephropexy is reliable,it has the merits of easy operations,slight damages to patients,and faster recovery.
