髓芯减压术治疗股骨头坏死的研究进展

股骨头坏死的发病率越来越高,其治疗方法亦呈多样化,而发生股骨头坏死后优先选择的仍然是保髋治疗。髓芯减压术作为保髋疗法之一,其疗效日益受到人们的重视。近年来广大临床工作者为提高其疗效,开展了一系列理论和临床研究,并取得较大进展。现就近年的研究进行综述,为临床治疗股骨头坏死方法的选择提供参考。

Advances of Core Decompression in the Treatment of Femoral Head Osteonecrosis

The incidence of femoral head necrosis keeps increasing and its treatment method is also diverse,whereas hip preservation is still the treatment of first choice for femoral head necrosis.Core decompression surgery,as one of the hip preserving procedures,has drawn more attention.In recent years,many doctors have improved its effects in a series of experimental and clinical research,and have made great progress.This article reviewed recent research,as a reference for the treatment of femoral head necrosis.
