我院96例抗结核药品不良反应报告分析

目的：探讨一线抗结核药物的各种不良反应及其发生的相关因素，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2004-2008年肺结核病患者在抗结核病治疗中出现了不良反应的96例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：患者的性别、年龄与药物不良反应的发生有关，不良反应以肝功能损害、胃肠道反应、关节痛等较为常见。结论：抗结核药物的不良反应发生率较高，以肝功能损害为最常见。

The analysis of adverse drug reactions report of 96 cases with tuberculosis in our hospital

Objective： To investigate the adverse reactions and their related factors of the first-line anti-TB drugs to provide a ref- erence for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods： Retrospective method was used to analyze the Clinical data of 96 TB patients who received the anti-tuberculosis treatment and had adverse reactions in our hospitals between 2004 and 2008 .Results： The patient＇s sex and age were related to the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Among the adverse reactions, liver damage, gastrointestinal reactions and joint pain were more common, Conclusion： The anti-TB drugs had a higher incidence of adverse reactions and the liver function damage was the most common one.
