书法训练配合博乐欣治疗焦虑症的对照研究

目的探讨书法训练配合博乐欣治疗焦虑症的疗效。方法将60例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的焦虑症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组治疗8周。研究组在博乐欣药物治疗的同时配合书法训练,对照组仅博乐欣药物治疗。于治疗前和治疗后2,4,8周末,采用汉米尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、临床总体评定量表(CGI)评定临床疗效。结果研究组在治疗4周末HAMA[(17.68±7.49)分]SAS[(38.83±5.65)分]CGI[(3.06±0.72)分]评分;8周末HAMA[(10.86±6.98)分]SAS[(26.27±6.83)分]CGI[(2.51±0.63)分]评分比对照组明显下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论书法训练配合博乐欣治疗焦虑症的效果优于单用药物的治疗,且可明显缩短疗程,减少医疗开支。

A control study of calligraphy training plus venlafaxine in the treatment of anxiety disorder

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of calligraphy training plus venlafaxine in the treatment of anxiety disorder. MethodsSixty patients met the criterion of CCMD-3 for anxiety disorder were assigned randomly to study group or control group treatment for eight weeks. Study group were given venlafaxine in addition to calligraphy training , and control group were given venlafaxine only. Effects were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) , Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) , Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI) before and after 2, 4, 8-weeks treatment respectively . ResultsCompared with control group, the total scores of HAMA, SAS, CGI in the study group were significantly improved after treatment of 4, 8-weeks(P<0.05). ConclusionCalligraphy training plus venlafaxine had better effect in treatment of anxiety disorder .[
