软肝胶囊对四氯化碳所致慢性肝纤维化大鼠的肝保护作用

目的验证软肝胶囊对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致大鼠慢性肝纤维化模型的肝保护作用及抗纤维化作用。方法模型组及各给药组首次皮下注射40%CC145ml/kg,以后每3d注射1次40%CCl43ml/kg,正常对照组给予等容积橄榄油,持续9周,给药自造模之日开始。结果四氯化碳所致慢性肝纤维化大鼠有明显肝损伤及慢性纤维化的表现,软肝胶囊三个剂量组肝功能指标均有不同程度的改善;1.4,2.8g/kg组肝组织胶原蛋白含量较模型组均明显降低;0.7g/kg组HA的值较模型组显著降低;病理组织学检查结果表明其肝脏病变程度均较模型组明显减轻。结论软肝胶囊对慢性肝纤维化大鼠具有肝保护作用及抗肝纤维化作用。

Protective Role of Ruangan Capsule in Antagonizing Chronic Fibrosis of Rat Liver Caused by Carbon Tetrachloride

Objective To validate the protective role of Ruangan capsules in antagonizing chronic fibrosis of rat liver caused by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4).Methods Hepatic fibrosis was induced via hypodermic injection of 40% CCl4 (5 ml for the first time, 3ml per 3-6 days).Results Obvious liver damage and chronic fibrosis were observed in the rats with the injection of CCl_4. The parameters reflecting liver function were improved in the three groups administered with various dose of Ruangan capsule, to some extent. Collagen in the liver tissue declined clearly in the groups administered with Ruangan capsules at a dose of 1.4 or 2.8 g/kg, and serum hyaluronic acid went down obviously in the group with Ruangan capsules at a dose of 0.7 g/kg. Furthermore, the histopathological improvement in the degree of liver lesion was achieved in Ruangan capsule groups.Conclusion Ruangan capsule plays a role in antagonizing chronic fibrosis of rat liver.
