| 摘 要： | 目的:建立祖师麻关节止痛膏中祖师麻甲素含量高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法:色谱条件为色谱柱:HypersilC18柱(5μm4.6×250mm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30∶70∶0.35),检测波长:324nm。结果:祖师麻甲素在0.0984～0.7380μg范围内时线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.35%。结论:该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可作为祖师麻关节止痛膏的质量控制标准。 |

Determination of Daphnetin in Zushima Guanjie Zhitong Gao by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective： A HPLC method for the determination of Zushima Guanjie Zhitong Gao was established. Methods： A Hypersil C18 column was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（30 ： 70 ： 0. 35）as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 ,and the detecting cwavelength was 324nm. Results： The linear range was 0. 0984-0. 73809g （r=0. 9999） and average recovery was 99.8%, RSD： 1.35 %. Conclusion： The method was simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency. It could be used in the quality control of Zushima Guanjie Zhitong Gao. |
