| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9、2(MMP-9、MMP-2)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者子宫内膜中的表达特点。方法采用免疫组化法测定实验组PCOS不孕患者和正常对照组月经中期子宫内膜MMP-9、MMP-2的表达,同时测定血清E2、P、T、FSH、LH和PRL水平。结果PCOS组子宫内膜的MMP-9、MMP-2阳性表达分别为239.70±44.12和223.35±35.32,明显低于正常对照组的317.13±46.26和298.08±39.21(P(0.01);MMP-9、MMP-2在PCOS患者子宫内膜的表达与血清E2、P、T、FSH、LH和PRL水平无明显相关性。结论PCOS不孕者子宫内膜存在着MMP-9、MMP-2表达低的现象。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9 and 2 (MMP-9、MMP-2) in the endometrium of infertility women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: Immunohistochemical analysis was employed to demonstrate the population of the MMP-9 and MMP-2 positive cell in endometrium and radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of serum E2 、P、FSH、LH and PRL for patients with PCOS as well as control group. Results: Positive rates of MMP-9 and MMP-2 (239.70±44.12 and 223.35±35.32) were lower in PCOS group than that of in control group (317.13±46.26 and 298.08±39.21)significantly(P﹤0.01). The expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 in endometrium showed no relationship with the levels of serum E2、P、T、FSH、LH and PRL in infertility women with PCOS. Conclusion: The lower expression of MMP-9 and MMP-2 are found in endometrium in infertility women with PCOS. |
