肾上腺素在人体肝脏恶性肿瘤血管造影中的应用

目的　探讨肾上腺素在人体肝脏恶性肿瘤血管造影中的应用价值。方法　 3 0例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者 ,采用自身对照方法行肝动脉造影 ,分析普通血管造影和药物性血管造影的影像表现。结果　腹腔动脉造影 2 3例 ,药物造影组中 ,2 3例肿瘤供血动脉均显示更清晰 ,4例发现普通造影组中未显示的变异性肿瘤供血动脉 ,2 2例瘤灶显影密度增高。结论　腹腔动脉的肾上腺素药物性血管造影比普通血管造影更有利于瘤灶及其供血动脉及变异性供血动脉的显示

Angiography with Concomitant Use of Epinephrine for Human Hepatic Malignant Tumors

Objective To discuss the value of epinephrine in pharmacoangiography of malignant hepatic tumors.Methods Thirty patients with malignant hepatic tumors underwent hepatic arteriography.Using self contrast study to analyse the radiological manifestations of conventional angiography and pharmacoangiography.Results Angiography of celiac artery(CA) was performed in 23 cases.In the pharmacoangiography group,the tumor blood supplying arteries were clearer in all 23 cases.The variant blood supply of the tumors which was invisible in the conventional angiography group was found in 4 out of the 23 cases.The density of the tumors was higher in 22 cases.Conclusion The pharmacoangiography of CA with epinephrine is more advantageous to the visualization of the hepatic tumors,their blood supplying arteries and their variant blood supply than the conventional angiography.
