经外周静脉输注全营养混合液安全性观察

目的：观察经外周静脉输注全营养混合液的安全性。方法：随机选择５０例普外科危重病人苛大手术后病人，经外周静脉输注全营养混合液３￣１５天，平均１０天。结果：４例（８％）因外周静脉输注ＴＮＡ而产生症状，其中６％（３例）为患肢疼痛或穿刺部位血管周围红肿，更换穿刺部位后继续营养支持，２％（１例）因严重血栓性静脉炎终止输注营养液。结论：通过外周静脉输注全营养混合液进行营养支持是安全，可行的，适用于短期肠外营养

The study on security and indication of TNA by peripheral venous route

Objectives:To study security and indication of total nutrient admixture by peripheral venous route. Methods:50 patients were supported by peripherally intravenous total nutrient admixture.The complication of intravenous TNA was observed. Results:There were 3 cases(6%) of mild thrombophlebitis and after change of veinpuncture site,the support was continued.1 case (2%) severe,intravenous TNA was canceled. Conclusions:Peripheral intravenous total nutrient admixture represents a safe and feasible method.But thrombophlebitis must be prevented and treated.
