| 摘 要： | 目的采用紫外分光光度法测定替米沙坦分散片的溶出度。方法用紫外分光光度法,替米沙坦在291nm波长处测定,空白辅料无干扰。结果替米沙坦在4.6~13.8μg.ml-1浓度范围内浓度与吸光度线性关系良好(r为0.9998,n=6)。平均回收率=99.18%,RSD=0.60%。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a UV spectrophotometry method for dissolution test of Telmisartan Dispersible Tablets.METHODS Telmisartan was determined at 291 nm and the excipients do not interfere with the determination.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance within the range of 4.6～13.8μg.ml~(-1)(r = 0.9998,n=6).The average recovery was 99.18% and RSD=0.60%.CONCLUSION The method was sensitive,specific,simple and reliable. |
