| 摘 要： | 目的 研究蕲蛇酶对断指 (肢 )再植后的抗凝作用。方法 对 5 2例断指 (肢 )再植后应用蕲蛇酶的病人进行了血液凝固和抗凝血两个系统有关项目的测定 ,以及血液流变学的检查。结果 应用蕲蛇酶后血小板集聚率明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,血凝机能下降 ,抗凝血系统活力明显增强 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 断指 (肢 )再植后应用蕲蛇酶能有效地起到抗凝作用 ,应尽早的应用

| Abstract: | Objective Study the anticoagulation of agkistrodon acutus enzyme after limb and finger replantation.Methods The coagulative and anticoagulative systems and blood rheology were examined in 52 cases after limb and finger replantation by applying acutus enzyme.Results The coagulative activety decreased while the anticoagulative activity increased remarkably after using agkistrodon acutus enzyme.Conclusion Anticoagulation of the agkistrodon acutus enzyme is effective after finger and limb replantation. |
