| 摘 要： | 目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌感染(Hp)与不同亚型脑梗死的相关性,为脑血管病的防治提供依据。方法选取2011年6月至2011年10泰安市中心医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者,其中大动脉粥样硬化型32例,小动脉闭塞(腔梗)型30例,心源性栓塞型18例,另选取同期健康者60例为对照组,比较各组HpIgG、IgA、IgM阳性率差异。结果大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死组患者HpIgG阳性率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染与动脉粥样硬化密切相关,可能是通过加重动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展,导致脑梗死的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of Hellcobacter pylorl （Hp） infection to cerebral infarction nf different subtype, and to offer a reference for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods From Jun. 2011 to Oct. 2012, 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction include atherothrombotic subtype 32 cases, lucu]ar subtype 30 cases and subtype 18 eases. 46 cases of health acted as control group. HpIgG、 positive rate,IgA、IgM were compared. Results HplgG posi- tive rate were higher in atherothrombetic subtype than in theother group （P 〈 0.05 ） ,with statistical significance. Conclu- sions There is closely relation between the Hp infection and atherethrombotic. It is probably to cause cerebral infarction through influenting the atherothrombotie. |
