老年人颅内肿瘤的治疗体会

目的探讨老年人颅内肿瘤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法92例病人中男57例：女35例，平均67．95年龄，全部经手术治疗。结果肿瘤全切除46例，次全切除33例，大部切除13例。术后2个月内症状消失41例，改善33例，无变化10例。术后并发症27例，42例次，术后1个月内死亡8例。结论老年人颅内肿瘤应当采取不同的治疗方法。早期诊断、早期治疗、积极治疗合并疾病及并发症是改善预后的关键。

EXPERIENCE OF THE THERAPY OF INTRACRANIAL TUMOR IN THE AGED PEOPLE

Objective To study the clinical features and therapeutic methods of intracranial tumors in aged people. Methods 92 patients ( male 57, female 35 ), from 60 to 80 years old, diagnosed as intracranial tumor pathologically, were included in our study. All these patients received surgical resections of tumors. Results Resections were total in 46, subtotal in 33 and partial in 13 cases. After operation symptoms disappeared in 47, improved at different levels in 29 and unchanged in 8 cases within 2 months. Complications occurred 42 times in 27 cases and 8 cases died within 1 month. Conclusions A variety of therapeutic schemes should be employed in treating intracranial tumors in aged people. Early diagnosis, early treatment, and treating co-existing diseases and complications with positive attitude are the key points of prognosis.
