| 摘 要： | 本文报告口服纯中药制剂溃疡宁片6周,治疗十二指肠球部溃疡活动期的近期治愈率为61.1%,总有效率为100%,消除各种症状的效果较好,与雷尼替丁对照组的疗效基本相同(P>0.05),而且未发现明显的毒副作用。同时,溃疡宁片对十二指肠球部溃疡活动期的各个中医证型的临床治愈率也基本相同(P>0.05)。提示溃疡宁片适应于十二指肠球部溃疡活动期中医各证型患者,是治疗十二指肠球部溃疡活动期有较好效果的固定方剂。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the efficacy of Kui Yang Ning(a preparation ofnatural herbal medicine)in the treatment of the active stage of duodenal ulcer(ADU).After a course of 6 weeks' treatment.the short-term curative rateand the total effective rate were 61.1% and 100% respectively,showing ananalogous efficacy to that of Rinitidine(P>0.05)and no side effect wasfound.The result also showed that Kui Yang Ning had the similar effect forvarious TCM zheng of ADU,and is considered as a satisfactory preparationfor the ADU. |
