β-连环蛋白和细胞周期蛋白D1在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中β-连环生白(β-cat)和细胞周期蛋白DI(cyclin D1)的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学卵法.检测68例宫颈癌(UCC)、22例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和10例正常宫颈(NCE)组织中β-cat与cyclin DI的表达,分析两者表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和宫颈癌(Ⅰ~Ⅱa期)组织中,β-cat异常表达率分别为0%、45.5%、69.1%(P〈0.01),cyclinD1阳性表达率分别为10.O%、40.9%和60.3%(P〈0.01);两者异常表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移均有关(P〈0.05),与患者的年龄、原发灶大小及病理组织类型均无关(P〉0.05);两者表达有显著的正相关性(P〈0.01)。结论:β-cat异常表达可能通过激活靶基因cyclinD1过度表达,参与了宫颈癌的发生与发展。

Expressions of Beta-catenin and Cyclin D1 in Cervix Carcinoma and Clinical Significance

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of beta-eatenin (β-cat) and cyelin D1 in the patients with uterine cervix cancer(UCC). Methods:The expression of β-cat and eyelin D1 in 68 specimens of UCC, 22 of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 10 of normal cervix epithelium (NCE) were detected by the SP immunohistochemistry method. The correlation between expressions of β-cat and eyelin D1 and clinicopathologic features of UCC were analyzed. Results:The positive expressions of β-cat in UCC, CIN and NCE were 0% ,45.5% ,69. 1% respectively , the cyclin D1 were 10.0% , 40.9% and 60.3% respectively. The aberrant expressions of β-cat and cvclin D1 were related to Cinieal stages, pathological grades and lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ), but not to the patients' age, the size of primary focus and histological types(P 〉0.05 ). The expression of β-cat had a positive correlation with the expression of cyclin D1 ( r =0. 3683, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions: The abnormal expression of β-cat may involve in occurrence and development of human UCC by activating the over expression of target gene cyclin DI.
