| 摘 要： | 为探讨载脂蛋白Ａ１（ＡＰＯＡ１）载脂蛋白Ｂ与老年糖尿病关系及意义，测定５４例老年糖尿病载脂蛋白ＡＰＯＡ１，ＡＰＯＢ，ＡＰＯＡ１／ＡＰＯＢ，总胆固醇，甘一酯水平。结果；老年糖尿病及心脑并发症组与对照组比较，ＡＰＯＡ１及ＡＰＯＡ１／ＡＰＯＢ 无显著差异，而ＡＰＯ Ｂ，ＴＣ，ＴＧ显著升高；老年糖尿病并心脑并发症组与单纯糖尿病比较，ＡＰＯＡ１，ＡＰＯＢ，ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＡＰＯＡ１／ＡＰＯＮＢ均无显著差异。提示

| Abstract: | Apolipoprotein (Apo ) A1 , ApoB. cholesterol (TC ) andTriglyceride (TG) levels within serum were determined in 54elderly patients with diabetes mellitus The results show therewas no significant difference among the elderly patients withdiabetes mellitus (mellitus group), the elderly patients withdiabetes mellitus complicated by heart-brain disease (compli-cation group) and the control group in Apo A1 level and thetatio of ApoA1 to ApoB(P > 0. 05). However the ApoB, TCand TG levels in the mellitus group and the complicationgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0. 05 or P <0. 01) In the comparison of the mellitusgroup and the coniplication group. There were no significantdifference between the two groups in the levels of ApoB,ApoA1/ApoB, TC and TG (P > 0. 05). All these findingsshowed that there were extensive disorders of liptdmetabolism except ApoA1 in elderly patients with diabetesmellitus. |
