| 摘 要： | 目的:观察旋覆代赭汤含药血清对大鼠胃窦平滑肌细胞(SMC)IP3受体(IP3R)及钙离子(Ca2+)浓度的影响。方法:分离大鼠胃窦SMC,加入IP3受体拮抗剂肝素后,镜下观察含药血清对胃窦SMC收缩作用;检测细胞Ca2+总浓度。结果:IP3受体拮抗剂肝素可抑制旋覆代赭汤含药血清对胃窦SMC的收缩作用;各剂量组与无钙缓冲液组的细胞内钙离子总浓度相比较无明显差异。结论:旋覆代赭汤含药血清可使胃窦SMC收缩,其机制可能是通过IP3通路作用于细胞,引起细胞内质网释放Ca2+使胃窦SMCCa2+升高。
