LASIK与PRK治疗高度近视疗效对比临床观察

目的对比观察PRK与LASIK治疗高度近视的临床疗效.方法对采用PRK治疗的33例63眼和采用LASIK治疗的34例60眼高度近视分别进行一年以上的临床观察.结果PRK组术后半月至3个月达最佳矫正视力,3个月后出现视力回退,术后一年裸眼视力≥0.8及≥0.5的比例分别为50.6%和68.3%,主要并发症有术后高眼压及Haze形成;LASIK组术后一年裸眼视力裸眼视力≥0.8及≥0.5的比例分别为70.0%及91.7%,无Haze形成.结论LASIK组治疗高度近视临床疗效明显优于PRK.

Effect comparison of photorefractive keratecttomy and laser insitu keratomileusis for high myopia

Objective: To observe the effects of photorefractive keratecttomy and laser insitu keratomileusis for the correction of high myopia. Methods: 63 eyes of 33 cases were performed PRK and 60 eyes of 34 cases were performed LASIK. All patients followed up at least 1 years. Results: PRK group achieved the best recorrected visual acuity from half month to 3 months after operation, 50.6% of eyes in PRK group, 70.0% in LASIK group achieved the uncorrected visual acuity of 16/20 or better, 68.3% in PRK group and 91.7% in LASIK group achieved 10/20 or better. The main complication of PRK group were postoperative intraocular hypertension and Haze. Conclusions: The clinic effects of LASIK group is better than PRK group among high myopia patients.
