绝经后女性阵发性房颤经导管射频消融治疗的效果观察

目的 观察绝经后女性阵发性房颤行射频消融治疗的效果进行研究.方法 阵发性房颤患者186例(绝经后女性66例,绝经前女性30例,与绝经后女性年龄匹配的男性90例),在CARTO 3系统引导下行射频消融,对复发的差异进行生存分析,采用Cox回归分析复发的影响因素.结果 单次射频消融治疗后随访中位数23个月,绝经后、绝经前女性和男性的成功率分别为72.92％、84.62％和76.39％,差异无统计学意义(生存曲线分析Log-rank检验P=0.798).绝经不是复发的影响因素.结论 绝经后女性阵发性房颤行射频消融治疗的效果与绝经前女性、同年龄层的男性接近.

The efficacy follow-up of radiofrequency catheter ablation for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in postmenopausal women

Objective To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF) in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 186 patients with paroxysmal AF (postmenopausal women group n =66,premenopausal women group n =30,men matched with the age group n =90) underwent RFCA guided by the CARTO 3 system were included.The difference in the outcomes and recurrence of AF among the three groups were assessed.Cox-regression was performed to identify the influencing factors of recurrence.Results After a mean follow-up of 23 months,the success rates of RFCA in postmenopausal women group,premenopausal women group and men group were 72.92％,84.62％ and 76.39％,respectively,with no significant differences among them (Logrank test P =0.798).Menopause was not an influencing factor of recurrence.Conclusion The efficacy of RFCA in postmenopausal women with paroxysmal AF is similar with premenopausal women and men at the similar age.
