脂肪来源基质血管组分辅助自体脂肪移植提升颞部凹陷的效果

目的 评价脂肪来源基质血管组分(SVF)辅助的自体脂肪移植技术在颞部凹陷填充应用的安全性和有效性.方法 49例患者随机分成两组,SVF辅助脂肪移植组应用SVF辅助的自体脂肪移植技术,脂肪移植组应用传统的自体脂肪技术.术后随访至少12个月,采用颞部凹陷提升率二维测量法、颞部凹陷评分改善度法和患者满意率调查法评估术后有效性,比较术后并发症发生率评估术后安全性.结果 相较于脂肪移植组,SVF辅助脂肪移植组的手术次数减少到了(1.45±0.49)次,单侧总计脂肪组织填充量减少到(17.65±6.93) mL,但颞部凹陷的提升率提高到(32.35±7.13)%、颞部凹陷评分改善度平均提高(2.50±0.71)分、患者满意率92.31%,且不增加术后并发症的发生率.结论 SVF辅助的自体脂肪移植技术改善颞部凹陷的有效性优于传统自体脂肪移植技术.

Temporal hollowing augmentation using the adipose tissue derived stromal vascular fraction enhanced autologous fat grafting technique: the clinical results

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the adipose tissue derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) enhanced autologous fat grafting technique in temporal hollowing augmentation.Methods Forty-nine patients with temporal hollowing were randomly treated using the SVF enhanced autologous fat grafting technique or the traditional autologous fat grafting technique.After at least a 12-month follow-up, the efficacy results were elevated by temporal hollowing corrective rate, hollowness severity rating scale (HSRS) improvement, and patient′s satisfactory rate.The safety result was evaluated by the postoperative complication rate.Results Compared with the traditional autologous fat grafting technique, the SVF enhanced autologous fat grafting technique reduced the number of fat grafting operations and the total volume of grafted fat tissues, moreover, significantly increased temporal hollowing augmentation rate, HSRS improvement, and patient′s satisfactory rate.Furthermore, the SVF enhanced autologous fat grafting technique did not increase the operative complication rate.Conclusion The SVF enhanced autologous fat grafting technique is more effective than the traditional autologous fat grafting technique in hollowing augmentation.
