血舒通治疗慢性肺原性心脏病并发重症心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察血舒通治疗慢性肺原性心脏病(简称肺心病)并发重症心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 52例肺心病患者,随机分为地高辛联用速尿治疗组(对照组)和地高辛、速尿、血舒通联合治疗组(治疗组),疗程均为2周.结果 2周后总有效率:治疗组为92.3%、对照组为57.7%.两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论在应用洋地黄及利尿剂的基础上加用血舒通,能明显提高肺心病重症心衰的疗效.

Examine the officacy of Xue Shu Tong in treatment of cor pulmonale complicateel serioces heart failure

AIM To examine the efficacy of Xue Shu Tong in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease(cor pulmonale) complicated serious heart failure. METHODS 52 cases of Cor pulmonale with heart function above 3 glasses and without Contraindicative for digitalis, after controled infection, improved breath function (PaO 2>8 kPa, PaCO 2<6 67 kPa), but heart function no improved, were randomly divided into 2 groups. One is comparison group using digoxin and furosemide, another is treatment group using digoxin, furosemide and Xue Shu Tong. RESULTS There is remakable differenct in the total diffcacy rate after 2 weeks. Treatment group is 92 3%, comparison group is 57 7%( P<0 05 ). CONCLUSIONS The efficacy in treat ment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated serious heart failure will be apparent improved with using Xue Shu Tong based using digitals and diuretics.
