颅骨脑膜瘤及其鉴别诊断

目的探讨颅骨脑膜瘤及其鉴别诊断,以提高对其认识。方法对手术病理证实的13例颅骨脑膜瘤的临床及影像学资料,进行回顾性分析。结果颅骨脑膜瘤与颅内常见脑膜瘤不同,发病年龄较轻且无明显性别差异,好发于颅骨凸面,影像学上以颅骨膨胀、溶骨性破坏及骨质增生、硬化的颅骨改变为主,术前易误诊为骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变。结论了解其临床、影像学表现及鉴别诊断,能减少术前误诊率。

Meningioma of the skull and its differential diagnosis

Objective To discuss meningioma of the skull and its differential diagnosis in order to enhance to their understanding.Methods confirmed 13 cases of skull meningioma by surgical pathology,their clinical and imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Skull meningiomas and intracranial meningiomas commonly were different,age of onset was mild and not obvious gender differences,they occur in the skull convex,imaging with the skull expansion,destruction,proliferation and sclerosis of the mainly changes in skull-based.mainly preoperatively misdiagnosed as bone tumors and tumor-like lesions.Conclusion Understand their clinical and imaging findings and differential diagnosis,can reduce the rate of preoperative misdiagnosis.
