| 摘 要： | 目的：分析广州市某区学校卫生监督现状及存在的问题并提出建议。方法：采取结构式访谈法、文献分析法、资料收集法和现场观察法对广州市某区学校卫生监督现状进行调查研究。结果：学校食品监督工作有待加强；《学校卫生工作条例》滞后且不完善；投入不足；监督任务繁重，稽查缺位；学校卫生工作发展不平衡。结论：应改革学校卫生监督管理体制，加大资金投入，加强学校食品卫生监督工作，加强队伍建设。 |

Status and Problems of School Health Supervision in a District of Guangzhou |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the problems of school health supervision in a district of Guangzhou, and put forward suggestions. Methods：A detailed study is done to investigate and interview 10 members and leaders of school health supervision team and 10 school health workers at school respectively in this area. Results： Supervision of school food has become a weak link ; School Work Sanitary Regulations is imperfect ; Investment is insufficient;Arduous work and inadequate staff have affected supervision work, etc. Conclusion：The mechanism of school health supervision should be adjusted ; Government funds must be increasing ; The supervision of school food need to strengthen ; Human resources management must be improved and strengthen training so as to ensure the quality and effectiveness of school health supervision. |
