| 摘 要： | 目的探索褥疮溃疡期有效、简单、经济的治疗、护理方法.方法对40例病人90处溃疡的褥疮的治疗采取分组对照研究,实验组在彻底清洗溃疡面、清除坏死组织后,使用涂氯霉素糖粉治疗;对照组用高能极化液湿敷包扎.结果实验组治愈率90%,对照组治愈率35%,经统计学处理结果有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论氯霉素糖粉用于褥疮溃疡期方法简便、安全,疗效确切. |

Nursing study on Using Chloramphenicol Powder to Treat Patients with Ulcerative-stage Bedsore |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effective, simple and economic nursing method to treat bedsore in its ulcerative-stage. Method Divided 40 patients (90 ulcerative-stage bedsores ) into two groups . Patients in experimental group used chloramphenicol powder after debriding bedsores completely. Control group used high energy polarized liquid to compress and pack bedsores. Result The cure rate of experimental group was 90% and that of control group was 35%. By statistic analysis, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Using chloramphenicol powder to treat ulcerative-stage bedsore is simple ,safe and effective. |
