有机硒对地方性砷中毒肝脏损伤的治疗作用

目的 对患者进行肝功能和Ｂ超检查，观察有机硒的治疗效果。方法 切断高砷水源，改饮低砷水，服用有机硒治疗。结果 肝功能阳性和肝肿大检出率分别为１５．０８％和２０．２４％，且与临床症状、体征改变程度无关；男性高于女性，其中二者并发率仅４．７６％，硒治疗组肝功能阳性转阴率８０．００％，对照组４６．１５％，肝肿大硒治疗组痊愈３３．３３％，好转２９．１７％；总有效率６２．５０％，对照组痊愈７．６９％，好转２

Effect of treatment on liver injuries induced by endemic arsenic with organic selenium

Objective To check patients' liver function and their body with B ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,and to observe effect of treatment with organic selenium at the same time.Methods To shut off high concentration of arsenic source of water and turn to drinking low concentration of arsenic water,moreover,to treat patients with organic selenium.Results Detective rates of positive effect of liver function and hepatomegaly were 15.08% and 20.24% respectively,which wasn't related to variation of patients' clinical symptoms and signs.Men's detective rates of positive effect of liver function and hepatomegaly were higher than that of women,the rate of complication of positive effect of liver function and hepatomegaly was only 4.76%.The rate of liver function turning from positive to negative effect was 80.00% in selenium therapy group,correspondingly,it was 46.15% in control group.In selenium therapy group,there were 33.33% of patients recovery and 29.17% of patients taking a turn for better from hepatomegaly,the total efficient was 62.50%;in control group,there were 7.69 % of patients recovery and 23.08% of patients taking a turn for better from hepatomegaly,the total efficient was 30.77 %,and there were 46.15% of patients' conditions aggravation.There was a clear difference between patient' conditions in selenium therapy group from that in control group.Conclusions Selenium had obviously curative effect on treating for liver injuries caused by endemic arsenic.
