葛根素注射液对冠心病左室舒张功能的影响

摘    要:
目的 :观察葛根素注射液对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病 (冠心病 )左室舒张功能的影响。方法 :60例老年冠心病左室舒张功能不全者随机分两组。治疗组用葛根素注射液 30 0~ 40 0 mg加入 5 %GS2 5 0 ml中静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,连用 2~ 4周。对照组用复方丹参注射液 2 0 ml加入 5 % GS2 5 0 ml中静脉滴注 ,每日 1次。治疗前后用彩色超声多普勒测定左室舒张功能的指标。结果 :葛根素注射液使舒张早期最大流速 ( E波峰值 )、E/ A峰值比值、舒张早期血流流速时间积分比值 ( EI积分 )、E/A积分比值、AL/ TVI、PFR、NPFR较用药前显著改变 ,P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ,对照组无变化。结论 :葛根素注射液能降低血脂 ,改善老年冠心病左室舒张功能。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of Ge Gen Su injection on the left ventricle Diastolic functions in coronary heart disease cases. Methods: 60 senile coronary disease cases with left ventricle insufficiency were divided at random into two groups: Ge Gen Su group treated with Ge Gen Su injection 300 mg to 400 mg added to 250 ml GS intravenously once a day for 2 to 4 weeks. The cases in the control were treated with Dan Shen injection 20 ml added to 250 ml GS intravenously once a day. Before and after the treatment, ultrasound examination of the left ventricle function was made. Results: Significant changes of E wave peak value, E/A peak value ratio, EI value, E/A ratio, AL/TVI, PFR and NPFR were observed before and after the treatment in Ge Gen Su group ( P < 0.05 ). No changes were observed in the control group. Conclusion: Ge Gen Su injection was effective in lowering blood lip level and improve left ventricle function in senile coronary heart disease cases.
