| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续质量改进在检验质量管理中的应用。方法在检验科整体工作中,对检验程序的各个环节制定标准,研究质量改进措施,实施质量改进,改进过程实行"三级、五方、五S"(三级:室内质控、室间质控、临床样本的质控;五方法:检验人员、患者、检验科、科室间评价和医务科评价;五S法:整理、整顿、整洁、标准化、自我约束)的质控。结果经过连续3年质量改进,检验质量得到明显提高,临床科室满意度由84%提高到98%,检验员对检验标准知晓率由49%上升至100%,增加了责任心,杜绝或减少医疗差错和事故的发生。结论在检验质量管理中引进持续质量改进,可有效地提高检验质量,增加经济效益和社会效益。
