| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性白血病P170检测在其治疗中的意义。方法：采用APAAP免疫组化法对35例已确诊为急性白血病患者骨髓细胞进行P170检测，给予化疗2周期后评价疗效。结果：P170阳性表达者达34．3％，其中M4、M5患者中P170阳性表达者达50％；P170阳性表达者治疗有效率40％，P170阴性表达者治疗有效率73．7％。结论：M4、M5原发性多药耐药常见，P170阳性表达者治疗有效率低，预后差。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of multidrug resistance P-glycoprotein expression in the treatment of acute leukemia.Methods:P-glycoprotein in myeloid cells of 35 cases of acute leukemia was detected by using APAAP immunohistochemical staining technology.The chemotheragy efficacy was assessed after 2 weeks.Results:The positive rate of P-glycoprotein was 34.3% in all cases.And it was 50% in cases with M4.M5; The response rate was 40% in the cases with P-glycoprotein(+).and it was 73.7% in the cases with P-glycoprotein(-).Conclusion:The multidrug resistance P-glycoprotein is frequent in the cases with M4.M5.The response rate is lower and prognosis is worse in the patients with P-glycoprotein(+). |
