| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经皮导管引导下的泡沫硬化剂疗法治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果.方法 选择2008年到2010年就诊于解放军总医院血管外科诊断为精索静脉曲张的患者共16例,经皮穿刺导管引导左侧精索静脉主干内注射1%聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂,观察静脉主干的闭合情况.结果 所有病例均在导管引导下成功注射硬化剂,平均应用泡沫硬化剂5.9 ml(...
