| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of WW domain-containing oxidoreductase(WWOX) protein and its relationship with clinic pathological parameters of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods: Expression of WWOX protein was detected by Western blot method in the ESCC and paracarcinomatous normal esophageal mucosal tissues of 46 patients.Results: The expression of WWOX protein in the ESCC was significantly decreased as compared with that in the paracarcinomatous normal tissues.The expression of WW... |
