HPLC法测定复方氨酚那敏颗粒中两种组分的含量

目的　建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚那敏颗粒的含量测定方法。方法　色谱柱为XterraTMRP18(5 μm,4. 6×2 5 0mm),流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺(15∶80∶1. 5),用磷酸调pH至3. 0,检测波长2 6 5nm,流速1. 0ml·min-1。结果　对乙酰氨基酚和氯苯那敏的线性范围分别为:0 .10 83～0. 5 4 17mg·ml-1(r =0 . 9997)和1 .0 0 16～5. 0 .0 80 μg·ml-1(r =0 .9998),平均回收率分别为98 .91%和98 .99% (n=9)。结论　方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。

Determination of two components in Compound Paracetamol and Chlorphenamine maleate Granules

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determinatio n of Paracetamol and Chlorphenamine maleate in Compound Paracetamol and Chlorphe namine maleate Granules.Methods Using a Xterra TM RP 18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);a mixture of acetonitrile,water and triethylamin e(15∶80:1.5,adjusted by phosphoric acid to a pH of 3.0)as mobile phase, dete ctive wavelength was 273nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1.R esults The liner range of Paracetamol and Chlorphenamine were 0.1083～ 0.5417mg·ml -1(r=0.9997),1.0016～5.0080μg·ml -1 (r=0.9 9 98) respectively. The average recoveries were 98.91% and 98.99% (n=9)resp ectively.Conclusion This method is rapid,simple and accurate .
