河源地区无偿献血人群HCV感染的基因型分布特征

摘    要:
目的 了解河源地区无偿献血人群HCV感染的基因型分布情况。方法 收集2007年1月1日—2016年12月31日河源市中心血站抗-HCV ELISA双试剂均阳性的无偿献血者样本,经HCV RNA定量检测,HCV RNA定量结果>1×103 IU/mL的样本,进行HCV基因分型。结果 141例抗-HCV 双试剂阳性样本中,123例病毒载量大于1×103 IU/mL,108例获得基因分型结果。HCV基因分型为:6a(45例,41.67%)、3型(27例,25.00%)、1b (12例,11.11%)、1a (12例,11.11%)、1a+1b (6例,5.56%)和3型+6a(6例,5.56%)。HCV各基因型无偿献血者病毒载量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄、职业无偿献血者HCV各基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别、文化程度无偿献血者间HCV各基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 河源地区无偿献血者HCV感染的基因型(亚型)包括1a、1b、3型和6a,其中6a亚型成为本地区无偿献血者中第一流行株。

Genotype distribution of the hepatitis C virus infection among volunteer blood donors from Heyuan

Abstract:
Objective To understand the distribution of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes in volunteer blood donors from Heyuan.Methods The serum samples, screened for two anti-HCV antibodies by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), were collected from Heyuan Blood Center during January 1, 2007 - December 31, 2016. All positive samples were quantified for HCV RNA by RT-PCR (˃1×103 IU/mL ) to analyze and determine the HCV genotype distribution.Results Among of 141 cases of positive anti-HCV antibodies, there was 123 cases meeting the standard of more than 1×103 IU/mL. The genotype distribution of 108 was successfully confirmed, and the genotype distribution and constituent ratios were shown as followed: 6a was 41.67% (45/108), 3 type was 25.00% (27/108), 1b was 11.11% (12/108), 1a was 11.11% (12/108), 1a+1b was 5.56% (6/108), 3 type+6a was 5.56% (6/108). There was no significant difference in HCV RNA levels and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels between the different genotypes of HCV ( P>0.05). Blood donors with different ages and occupations presented no significant differences in genotypes (P>0.05), but those who with different sexes and educational levels presented statistically significant ( P<0.01).Conclusion s The genotypes of HCV infection for volunteer blood donors in Heyuan include 1a, 1b, 3 type and 6a. The highest percentage of subtype 6a in volunteer blood donors from Heyuan means that the subtype 6a has been spreading quickly in volunteer blood donors from Heyua.
