骨碎补含药血清对成骨细胞增殖、成骨的影响

摘    要:
目的研究骨碎补含药血清对成骨细胞的增殖、成骨的影响。方法取乳鼠颅骨,利用二型胶原酶反复消化,离心,提取成骨细胞。利用骨碎补含药血清干预,分别测定细胞增殖率、ALP活性、钙盐沉积量、骨钙素分泌量等,研究骨碎补含药血清对成骨细胞的增殖、成骨分化及其抗氧化性的影响;结果用含药血清干预,测定增殖率、ALP活性、钙盐沉积量、骨钙素分泌量、钙化结节量均高于空白对照组。结论骨碎补含药血清可以促进成骨细胞的增殖、成骨分化及其增强其抗氧化性。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of drynaria-containing serum on the proliferation and osteogenesis of osteoblasts. Methods The cranium of the suckling mice were collected, then digested with type II collagenase repeatedly, and then centrifuged, in order to extract osteoblasts. The intervention of drynaria-containing serum was applied. Then, the proliferation rate of cells, the ALP activity, the amount of calcium deposition, and the secretion of osteocalcin were determined respectively, in order to investigate the effect of drynaria-containing serum on the proliferation, the osteogenic differentiation, and the antioxidant activity of osteoblasts. Results After the intervention of drynaria-containing serum, the proliferation rate, the ALP activity, the amount of calcium deposition, the secretion of osteocalcin, and the calcified nodules were higher than that in blank control group. Conclusion The drynaria-containing serum can promote the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts, and enhance its antioxidant activity.
