循证护理在妊娠高血压综合征孕妇护理中的应用

目的探讨循证护理对妊娠高血压综合征孕妇护理的临床效果。方法对我科2011年1月．2012年3月收治的34例重度妊高征患者采用循证护理模式，对比护理前后患者不良情绪、疾病的了解、24h蛋白尿、血压的变化、胎儿存活率。结果患者对疾病了解程度提高，不良情绪患者例数下降。34例患者中32例血压恢复至正常水平，2例转慢性高血压。蛋白尿例数减少，与护理前无明显差异。新生儿4例转入上级医院治疗，胎儿无一例死亡。结论循证护理可以改善患者的不良情绪，提高患者对疾病的了解程度，增加患者的依从性，阻止疾病的进一步发展，增加孕产妇及新生儿的安全系数。

Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing to pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients

Objective To investigate clinical effect of evidence-based nursing to pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients. Methods In our department from January 2011 to March 2012, there were 34 cases severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients, every one was nursed by evidence-based nursing. Compared patients of bad feelings, understanding of disease, 24-hour proteinuria, blood pressure change, fetal survival rate with evidence-based nursing. Results Understanding of disease was increased, bad mood was decreased.32 cases of blood pressure back to normal levels, and 2 cases of chronic high blood pressure. Proteinuria were decreased, with no significant difference between nursing before. 4 cases newborns transferred to higher level hospital for treatment, and fetus with no death. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can change the patient＇s bad mood, and improve patients＇ understanding of the disease. Evidence-based nursing can increased patient＇s compliance and prevent the further development of the disease.Evidence-based nursing can improve the survival rate of patient and newborn.
