火针治疗棘上韧带损伤疗效观察

目的：对比火针与药物治疗棘上韧带损伤的疗效差异。方法：将160例患者按完全随机原则分为两组，火针组（80例）采用火针治疗，取阿是穴（选取疼痛部位椎体棘突为中心点）；西药组（80例）采用药物治疗．口服萘丁关酮胶囊。两组均治疗2个疗程，治疗结束后4周判定疗效。结果：火针组总有效率为96．3％，西药组为67．5％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：火针治疗棘上韧带损伤的治疗效果明显优于药物治疗。

Observation of therapeutic effects on supraspinal ligament impairment treated with fire needling
