脑脉络膜裂囊肿的CT和MRI诊断

目的:探讨脑脉络膜裂囊肿的CT、MRI表现及其诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析19例脑脉络膜裂囊肿的CT和MRI表现。结果:19例病灶均位于脉络膜裂内,右侧12例和左侧7例。CT示病灶呈边界清楚的类圆形囊性,MRI显示病灶圆形或类圆形,长T1、T2信号,在各序列均与脑脊液信号一致;CT和MRI复查均未见病灶形态和信号发生变化。结论:CT和MRI均可检出脑脉络膜裂囊肿,但在明确诊断和鉴别诊断方面,MRI优于CT。

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Choroidal Fissure Cyst of the Brain

Purpose:To study the CT and MRI manifestations and diagnostic value of choroidal fissure cyst of the brain.Materials and Methods:Characteristic MRI findings in 19 patients with choroidal fissure cyst were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The cysts were situated within the choroidal fissure in 19 cases,12 were in right and 7 were in left.CT findings were cystic lesion with round shape and clear border,all 19 cases showed cystic lesion with homogenous signal intensity as CSF on all sequences on MRI.There were no dramatic changes in follow-up studies.Conclusion:The choroidal fissure cyst of the brain could be detected on both CT and MRI,but MRI is better than CT in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
