改良清洁灌肠法在直肠癌患者术前肠道准备中的应用效果分析

目的探讨改良清洁灌肠法在直肠癌患者术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2006年1月-2008年12月在本院特诊外科住院行手术治疗的直肠癌患者50例，分为观察组28例及对照组22例。观察组采用改良清洁灌肠法行术前肠道准备，对照组采用传统清洁灌肠法行术前肠道准备。记录并比较两组患者灌肠相关指标。结果两组患者在每次灌入液体量、灌肠次数、灌肠液保留时间及自觉症状方面的差异存在统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。与对照组比较，观察组患者每次灌入液体量较多，保留时间长，而灌肠次数减少，自觉症状减轻。结论改良清洁灌肠法在直肠癌患者术前肠道准备中的应用效果优于传统清洁灌肠法。

Application of improved cleansing enema in bowel preparation of rectal cancer patients

Objective To explore the effect of applying improved cleansing enema on preoperative bowel preparation of rectal cancer patients. Methods 50 patients undergoing reetal cancer resection in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2008 were divided into the observation group （n = 28） and the control group （n = 22）. The patients in the control group received traditional cleansing enema, and those in the observation group received improved cleansing enema in preoperational bowel preparation. The cleansing enema-related indexes of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results There were significant differences between the groups in solution volume, times for cleansing enema, detaining duration of cleansing-enema solution and serf-felt symptoms （all P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, solution volume used for cleansing enema was larger, the detaining duration was longer, the times reduced and the self-feh symptoms were alleviated in the observation group. Conclusion The improved cleansing enema in bowel preparation in rectal cancer patients is better than traditional one.
