穴位埋线治疗急性面神经麻痹临床观察

目的观察穴位埋线和针刺治疗面神经麻痹的疗效差异及治疗时间差别。方法采用完全随机抽样法将120例患者分为穴位埋线组（A组）和针刺治疗组（B组）各60例。对两组临床疗效及治疗时间（次数）进行评定。结果A组痊愈37例（61．7％）,显效19（31．6％）,有效4例（6．7％）,总有效率100．0％（其中愈显率93．3％）：B组痊愈35例（58．3％）,显效19（31．7％）,有效6冽（10．0％）,总有效率100．0％（其中愈显率90．0％）。A组、B组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）,但两组治疗时间有明显差别（P〈0．01）。结论采用穴位埋线和针刺治疗本病疗效无差异,但穴位埋线治疗本病方便简洁,次数少,减少了患者治疗时间、针刺时的痛苦和医疗费用。

Clinical Observations on Catgut Embedding at Acupoints for Treatment of Acute Facial Paralysis
