广藿香挥发油化学成分气质联用技术分析

摘    要:目的:分析研究广藿香发挥油的主要化学成分和寻找最多可作为广藿香发挥油质量评价的指标。方法:用气质联用技术和标准图谱检索对照、核对和补充检查的方法分离和鉴定各化学组分,用离子流色谱峰面积归一法计算各化学成分的相对含量。结果:分离出64个化学组分,并鉴定其中31个化学成分和计算各组分的相对含量。结论:主要成分为广藿香醇(31.66%)、广藿香酮(23.58%),其它成分是丁香烯、广藿香烯、愈创木烯、法

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents and to find more parameters used for the quality evaluation of the essential oils from Pogstemon cablin benth. Method: the components were separated and identified by GC MS and match with NIST/EPA/NIH library, the relative contents in percentage were calculated by peek area normalization method. Result: more than 64 constituents were separated and 31 constituents were identified. Conclustion: the main constituents are Potchouli alcohol (31.66%), pogostone (23.58%), guaiene, patchoulene, caryophyllene, farnesol and their isomers. patchouli alcohol and pogostone could be used for the quality evaluation of the essential oils of Pogstemon cablin benth.
