宫腔镜结合腹腔镜诊治先天性子宫畸形的临床价值

目的 分析宫腔镜与腹腔镜结合用于先天性子宫畸形临床诊治中的价值.方法 对2011年8月～2013年8月期间本院联合采用宫腔镜与腹腔镜诊治的先天性子宫畸形患者共65例的临床资料回顾性分析.结果 诊断出完全子宫纵膈16例、不全子宫纵膈28例、残角子宫6例、单角子宫5例、双角子宫4例、双子宫4例、鞍状子宫2例,诊断准确率100%.宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术矫正畸形.结论 宫腔镜联合腹腔镜诊治先天性子宫畸形安全、准确、有效,值得在先天性子宫畸形临床诊治之中推广应用.

Clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital uterine malformation

Objective Analysis of hysteroscopy and laparoscopyfor congenital uterine malformation combined with value in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The patients with cangenitaluterine malfor- mation were retrospectively analyzed in 65 cases ofclinical data. Results The complete uterine septum in 16 cases, 28 cases of incomplete uterine septum, rudimentary horn of uterus, 6 cases of uterus unicornis in 5 cases, 4 cases of doubleuterus, double uterus, 4 cases of saddle uterus in 2 cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was 100%. Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy operation deformity correction. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital uterine malformation, accurate, effec- tivesecurity.
