经颅多普勒在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗中的应用观察

目的 应用经颅多普勒（TCD）监测急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗前后血流的变化.方法 对43例急性脑梗死患者,在治疗前及溶栓治疗开始进行TCD监测并且持续2 h,同时评价静脉溶栓前后的NIHSS评分.结果 不同残留血流级别患者中血管再通率有显著性差异,随残留血流信号的改善,NIHSS评分下降.结论 TCD在急性脑梗死静脉溶栓时能及时了解血管再通情况,其血流改善与患者预后密切相关.

TCD observation of thrombolytic therapy in acute cerebral infarction

Objective Transcranial Doppler （TCD） monitoring changes in blood flow after intravenous thrombolysis treatment in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 43 cases of acute cerebral infarction, started and continued 2 h TCD monitoring before and after thrombolytic therapy, and to evaluate the NIHSS scores before and after intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Results Different residual blood levels in patients with vascular re- canalization rate had significant difference, with the residual signal improvement, NIHSS score decreased. Con. elusion TCD after intravenous thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction timely understanding of vascular reca- nalization, the improvement of blood flow and prognosis.
