前后路联合手术治疗颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤临床治疗分析

目的 对颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤治疗中应用前后路联合手术的临床疗效进行分析.方法 选取本院于2010年1月～2012年8月收治颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤患者40例,所有患者均行前后路联合手术治疗,对所有患者治疗前后病情改善情况进行评价.结果 治疗后,40例患者脊髓功能均有所恢复,D～E级占比显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05）,患者椎间高度与ASIA评分均显著高于治疗前（P＜0.05）,并发症发生率为12.50%.结论 在颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤治疗中,应用前后路联合手术具有显著临床效果,可明显改善患者脊髓情况,大幅提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广.

Clinical treatment analysis of combined anterior and posterior operation in treatment of cervical spine fracture dislocation with spinal cord injury

Objective For the treatment of cervical fracture dislocation and spinal cord injury in the application of the clinical curative effect of combined anterior and posterior approach for analysis. Methods Selection methods： our hospital from January 2010 to August 2012 were cervical spine fracture dislocation and 40 patients with spinal cord injury, all patients with anterior posterior joint surgery and to evaluate all of the pa- tients condition before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the spinal cord function of 40 cases were recovered, D - E accounted for a significantly higher than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, intervertebral height and ASIA score were significantly higher than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the incidence of complications was 12. 50%. Conclusion In the cervical spine fracture dislocation and spinal cord injury treatment, application of combined anterior and posterior approach has significant clinical effect, can significantly improve patients with spinal cord, significantly improve the patients quality of life, is worth popularization in clinical.
