宫颈恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴囊肿的临床观察与护理

目的 探讨宫颈恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴囊肿的临床观察与护理,探讨其预防措施.方法 2009年3月至2011年12月期间施行子宫颈癌根治术96例,其中宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌43例,宫颈中分化腺癌20例,宫颈腺鳞癌26例,宫颈透明细胞癌4例,宫颈肉瘤3例.临床分期:Ⅰa期21例,Ⅰb期26例,Ⅱa期32例,Ⅱb期17例.结果 本组29例淋巴囊肿,经密切观察,囊肿在10 d左右消失.有3例出现巨大囊肿,经淋巴囊肿穿刺引流,患者痊愈出院.结论 宫颈恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴囊肿的成因以及术中预防可降低术后发病率.

Clinical observation and the nursing after radical operation of cervical carcinoma lymphatic cyst

Objective To discuss clinical observation and nursing of lymph cyst after radical operation of cervical carcinoma and to explore the preventive measures. Methods Totally 96 cases implemented with uterine cervical cancer radical resection in our hospital during March 2009 to December 2011 were chosen. There were 43 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases of cervical carcinoma, 26 cases of cervical adenosquamous car- cinoma, 4 cases of cervical clear cell carcinoma and 3 cases with cervical sarcoma. Clinical staging： 2i cases were in stage Ia, 26 cases were in stage I b, 32 cases were in stage IIa and 17 cases were in stage II b. Results There were 29 cases of lymphoepithelial cysts, the cyst disappeared in about 10 days and 3 cases of huge cysts recovered and discharged by lymphatic cyst puncture drainage. Conclusion The formation of cervical cancer after radical lymph cyst and intraoperative prevention can reduce the postoperative morbidity.
