肛周脓肿一次性根治术后配合西瓜霜换药的疗效

目的 探讨一次性根治术配合术后西瓜霜换药治疗肛周脓肿的治疗效果.方法 128例肛周脓肿患者按照随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,各64例.观察组患者行一次性根治术加西瓜霜换药疗法,对照组患者行一次性根治术加凡士林纱条换药疗法.比较2组治疗效果.结果 本组128例患者中一次手术治愈125例,一次治愈率达97.7％.观察组愈合时间为(13.5 ±2.4)d,对照组为(22.6±3.2)d,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症总发生率[4.7％ (3/64)]明显低于对照组[28.1％(18/64)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 肛周脓肿术后患者使用桂林西瓜霜进行换药治疗有很好的治疗效果,患者痛苦小,创口愈合快.

Analysis of clinical efficacy of one-time radical operation with watermelon frost in perianal absces

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of one-time radical operation with watermelon frost in cases with perianal absces. Methods Totally 128 patients were cured with one-time radical operation. The pa- tients＇ wound in observation group was covered with watermelon frost while conventional drugs were used in the con- trol group. Treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Among 128 patients, 125 patients were cured and the cure rate was 97.7%. The healing time of observation group was （ 13.5 ± 2.4） days, while the con- trol group was （22.6 ± 3.2） days. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Drug al- lergy, eczema and bleeding were not found in two groups. Conclusion One-time radical operation with watermelon frost is effective in the treatment of perianal abscess with less pain and faster wound healing.
