哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗神经外科严重感染的临床疗效

目的评价哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(TZP)在神经外科重症感染中的有效性及安全性. 方法对神经外科患者合并获得性肺炎78例、颅内感染11例,给予TZP治疗,采用静脉滴入方式, q 8～12 h给药4.5 g, 按照细菌培养及药物敏感试验结果使用4～18 d, 观察其临床疗效. 结果颅内感染痊愈率为100%, 获得性肺炎有效率为78.2%, 细菌清除率为83.3%, 不良反应率为8.8%. 结论神经外科严重医院感染仍以阴性杆菌为主, TZP具有高效、安全的特点,可作为颅内感染和严重获得性肺炎的经验用药.

Piperacillin/tazobactam in Treatment of Severe Infections in Neurosurgical Department:A Clinical Efficacy Study

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of piperacillin/tazobactam (PIP/TAZ) in the treatment of severe infections in neurosurgical department. METHODS A total of 89 patients, in which 78 (patients) with nosocomial pneumonia and another 11 patients with intracranial infections, were given PIP/TAZ (4.5 g/q) 8 h, iv, for 4-18 d according to bacteria culture and drug sensitive test. RESULTS The clinical cure rates were 100% in the patients with intracerebral infections, the clinical efficacy rate and bacterial clearance rates in the patients with nosocomial pneumonia were 78.2% and 83.3%, while the adverse drug reactions rates were (8.8%.) CONCLUSIONS Gram-negative bacteria still act as major pathogens in the severe infections of the neurosurgical departments. PIP/TAZ is an effective and safe drug in the empirical treatment of intracranial infections and severe nosocomial pneumonia infections.
