摘    要:
目的总结经颈椎前路行椎管减压椎体间植骨加带锁钢板内固定治疗下颈椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤15例的体会.方法经颈前路减压后用自体髂骨植入,然后用带锁钛板作内固定.结果本组15例患者经过6个月~2年随访观察,所有病例植骨均完全融合,颈椎稳定,脊髓功能恢复满意.结论前路减压植骨加带锁钢板固定是治疗下颈椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤有效的方法之一.

Abstract:
Objective To summarise the experience obtained from the treatment of lower cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation as well as spinal cord damage by means of anterior decompression inside the vertebra vessels and inner fixation by locked steel plate.Methods Grafting the patient's own iliac bone and fixing it with a locked titanium plate after anterior decompression inside the vertebra vessels.Results The result shows,after a close follow-up for a period of half to two years,that the grafted bone coalesces well,the cervical vertebra is fixed firmly and the function of spinal cord recovers satisfactorily.Conclusion The treatment of lower cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation as well as spinal cord damage by means of grafted bone after anterior decompression and inner fixation by locked steel plate is an effective method.
