| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查的方式对沧州市4所高等院校图书馆数字资源的使用情况进行了统计,分析了高校图书馆数字资源利用率偏低的一些深层次原因,并从认知的角度对提高数字资源利用率提出建议.

| Abstract: | The availability of digital resources in 4 college and university libraries of Cangzhou City was investigated using questionnaire,the reasons why the availability of digital resources in college and university libraries is low were analyzed,and certain suggestions for its improvement were proposed from the recognition angle. |
